Le Grand delivers the most consistent barrel on the market to elegantly frame your wine and elevate your fruit.  In a long-term partnership with the JM Gonçalves Cooperage, we create world-class barrels from logs purchased from ONF Forests in Northern France.  We buy logs, not stave wood, in order to control the aging process of our wood from Forest to Cellar.  We naturally air-dry our staves a minimum of 24 months with older aging available.  No other small, family-owned cooper in Europe has our wood resources and traceability.  Le Grand barrels  are PEFC and Bureau Veritas certified for both wood age and origin.
